Our Approach

Personalised service – we come to you!

We take pride in offering tailored solutions that suit your individual needs. We focus on understanding your requirements before matching you with a dedicated member of our team.

We keep it simple.

We carefully select and screen our staff, then induct, train, and payroll them so that you don't need to. Working with Children and/or Police Checks are verified, and Support Workers have first aid training.

Simple invoicing and direct debit mean hassle-free payments. While we're not a registered NDIS provider, many of our services can be claimed through Self or Plan Managed NDIS funds.

It’s all about balance.

No matter what the service, we look at the big picture. We believe balance, well-being, and goal-setting are essential ingredients for a happy, healthy life.

When it comes to disability support, we work collaboratively with an individual's broader support team (i.e. OT, Physio, Speech, Psych, Doctor) to ensure a balanced and holistic approach.

Our Team

We have a diverse team of Disability Support Workers who are passionate about what they do.
In fact, most of them are studying in the areas of Allied Health & Education.

All our team members are screened and complete a comprehensive training and induction programme before heading out to work. They are directly employed and paid by us with comprehensive insurance in place.

MindSprout provides ongoing training and development for all team members as well as peer mentoring. They continue to build their skills and knowledge for your benefit.

We work collaboratively with your existing supports including therapists, doctors, support co-ordinators
and more to ensure a balanced and holistic approach.

Our Story

Our Story

Just do it! It's obviously not our slogan but a mantra we've adopted from the moment we started MindSprout in 2017. A couple of busy, local mums trying to juggle our homes, work, kids and everything that comes with them, we knew we had an idea that could help make a difference for local families.

Initially offering tutoring and child-minding services. We could never have predicted how our service offering would evolve into Disability Support but that's the beauty of business. We now service over 300 families and employ over 100 local staff.

We love what we do and the difference we make for our clients and our team. If you've got an idea and the passion to go after it, our advice is - Just Do It!
