We're passionate about what we do and you need to be too!
The best thing about joining our team is the sense of satisfaction you get from providing support to those who need it, but there are some additional benefits our team here at MindSprout enjoy.

Flexible hours

We offer casual work that suits your schedule. Work when you want around your studies and other commitments. All we ask is a minimum commitment so clients can rely on your support.

Local clients

You don't have to travel too far if you don't want to. Most of our team work close to home or university and we help match you with clients that provide learning and development opportunities for you.

Not an ad-hoc service

We're focused on building meaningful relationships, so we stay away from ad-hoc bookings.

You could of course pick up extra shifts from time to time (especially during school holidays), but generally only with your existing clients.

Above award wages

We value our team and the work you do! Our hourly rates of pay are very competitive and always above award.

MindSprout employ and payroll you directly as well as covering you with all relevant insurances, including comprehensive workers' compensation cover.
