Above Award Wages
We value our team and the work you do. Our hourly rates of pay are very competitive and always above award. We employ and payroll you directly and conduct regular pay reviews.
Not an Ad-Hoc Service
We're focussed on building meaningful relationships, so we stay away from ad-hoc bookings. You could of course pick up extra shifts from time to time, but only with your existing clients.

We have a few requirements to join our team:

A passion for helping others

A paid Working With Children Check (or be willing to get it)

A current First Aid & CPR certificate (or be willing to get it)

A valid NSW driver's licence and access to a reliable car

A couple of afternoons available (at least 2 please)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Be reliable, act with integrity and be willing to learn
